We enjoyed our time in Hastings spending time with friends and trying to do some things that we have missed. This is Matthew picking apples at a friends orchard.

We stayed on the campus of our home church which is an old camp. This is the kids playing on the creek.

This is a hill just outside Hastings called Te Mata Peak. It is also nick named The Sleeping Giant. Starting from the right you can make see a face and then a body, sort of.

Going for a walk just out of Hastings with some friends.

It was a great blessing to be there for Nicole's baptism. It was a highlight of our time in Hastings to hear and see her
publicly declare her desire to follow Christ.

The famous New Zealand pavlova.
